Behind the scenes at mediaRif
We, as an agency, have always prided ourselves on creating an environment and culture that gives us more than just a desk for 9 hours a day, 5 days a week and a regular paycheck. First and foremost we want to do smart, cutting edge work - but part of the equation to being successful at that is being diligent enough to ensure that everyone has fun doing it. And we want that sense of fun and passion to call out to the kinds of clients and people that want the same experiences out of their professional lives. We firmly believe that when we approach projects this way that our work is better, and our clients' experience working with us is better. And because of this "signal" that we put out and the clients that respond positively to it, we have had the chance to do unexpected, awesome and challenging things. From our flagship annual agency creative event, the Gangrene Film Festival (which this past year featured the much beloved and renowned Little Person Kiss Tribute band Mini Kiss as our special guests), to RustMonster, our "resident agency" pirate band and everything in between, our goal is to build from the bottom up a memorable and creative experience that reaches out beyond just the short life of the average marketing campaign or website or product video, and to do so with passion and all of our creative juices at peak form.
