Young Living Seed to Seal Video
This was a very interesting project for us to work on. Our client was caught in a serious time crunch and needed something turned around in about a month. They turned to us to see what we could do to help them in a tight situation, but there was some minor concern since most of our work for them to that point was of a humorous nature. They gave us a quick brief and as we round tabled with the two primary client project owners, we hammered out a possible approach with which we all felt relatively comfortable.
Before they could give us an official green light though, they asked if we could put a storyboard together that would let them present the vision to other internal stake-holders and executives. We agreed that a storyboard of some sort would be helpful and created an animatic (a short rough animated storyboard) that illustrated all of the main points as well as demonstrated the voice and tone that we envisioned for the final piece. With that our clients were able to get internal approval and we were given the green light (this whole portion of the project took approximately a week and half of the approximate 5 week production window).
The go ahead came on a Friday and we were shooting the next Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (you can see a photo album of the production on our FB page). Overall, this was a very demanding and agressive timeline for a project this large, especially considering that we managed the production from beginning to end, including pitch, scripting, production and editing, having said that we had a blast and are very proud of the final cut presented here.
